  • Paul Niilend & Associates (2002 – Present). Owner / Lead architect 

      Planning (high-end design architecture and interior) and implementation of Housing, Industrial,        Commercial, Institutional projects, responsible for all phases, including budget and                          scheduling. Planning and design from initial site visit to as built and drafting. Implementation            either as a building /refurbishing contractor, or as a supervisor.

  • Athens International Airport (2015 - Present). Senior architect & architect advisor 

      Architectural project design and  project management services     â€‹

  • Yannos Gianniotis - Paul Niilend architects & associates (2005 – 2006). co Owner / head of Planning Department

      Planning of a luxury tourist complex in Crete, consisting of two golf courses and a high quality          resort, comprising 250 residences and luxury apartments and two five-star hotels of an overall          capacity of 1,500 beds

  • Boutos – Niilend architects office (1994 – 2001). co Owner / Head architect

      Planning and implementation of Housing, Industrial, Commercial projects, responsible for all            phases, including budget and scheduling

  • Hellenic Red Cross (1993 – 2000) .Member of the Technical Division Dept./ Head architect 

      Responsible, on behalf of the Hellenic Red Cross, for the supervision of the architectural                  design and interior process and the on site implementation, regarding Athens’s “Henry                      Dunant”   55.000m2 general Hospital construction.

  • Niilend - Poli architects office (1993 – 1994). co Owner / Head architect

      Planning and implementation of Housing, Industrial, Commercial projects, responsible for all            phases, including budget and scheduling
